Data for `TRACE: Contrastive learning for multi-trial time-series data in neuroscience`

These files contain datasets and results files for the paper `TRACE: Contrastive learning for multi-trial time-series data in neuroscience`. This data repository complements the code that is hosted on https://github.com/berenslab/TRACE_experiments.

To use the results, you have to download the `.zip` file, extrace it, and then copy the folder into codebase. 

Please note that data raw data for the superior colliculus is currently missing. It will be added once the respective paper is accepted and published.
