Airyscan "Raw" Image From CD7 With LSM

Airyscan "raw" (unprocessed) CZI file to help with this issue in bioio. Acquired with ZEN 3.9. The acquisition parameters are:

• 1 slice
• 1 time-point
• 3 channels

However, the file should contain 32 time-points corresponding to the individual detectors of the Airyscan per channel, and for each channel there should also be a single time-point of what looks like the sum of all 32 detectors. That is what appears to open in Fiji.
