  • Study: Log information when segmentation geometry is copied from another series.

Changed

  • Modifications in AbstractPlugin, Header, readdata and DICOMPlugin to accept non-image Series.
  • Uids are now pydicom.uid.UID instance, not str.
  • DICOMPlugin._copy_pixels_from_frames(): Do not fail when pixel data are already decompressed.
