Added

  • Series.anonymize(): Added extra_anonymization_rules parameter which is handled by the dicom-anonymizer.
  • Header.anonymize(): Added extra_anonymization_rules parameter.
  • MR Relaxometry color maps navia and lipari as recommended for T2, T2* and T1 relaxometry maps. (Fuderer et al., DOI: 10.1002/mrm.30290)
  • DICOMPlugin: Add DICOM attribute NumberOfSlices when writing.

Changed

  • Remove requirement for pydicom and pynetdicom < 3.
  • Depend on dicom-anonymizer >= 1.0.13.
