Automated crack propagation detection in adhesively bonded composite joints with Digital Image Correlation techniques
Description
In our research paper 'Automated crack propagation detection in adhesively bonded composite joints with Digital Image Correlation techniques', Joseph V.A Bernaert, Angelo S. Calabrese, John Botsis, Anastasios P. Vassilopoulos, we have composite joints fracture data. During this study, fracture of film adhesive and paste adhesive joints are studied. Both of these joint type exhibited quasi-static Mode I fracture and displacement controlled Mode I fatigue testing. For each specimen type there is 3 quasi-static specimens and 1 fatigue specimen. In this Zenodo folder, the specimens names correspond to the nomenclature developed in the paper. It is also worth noting that the folders containing the corresponding DIC and 'ruler side' images during testing have been reduced (not all images are displayed) to fit the size requirement.
The folder also contains a README file to help the user find the corresponding data.
