Description

This dataset contains GTP (GPRS Tunneling Protocol) echo request-response pairs used to investigate Round Trip Time (RTT) across the global IPX network from the perspective of one Mobile Netwoork Aggregator (MNA) from three different countries. The dataset is associated with the paper Under the Hood of Mobile Roaming: Measuring IPX Network Latency on a Global Scale published at IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2026.
