FOCCUS WP9 MS9.1 Applications prototype: ESC2 - 2.1.3 - Impact Assessment for multi-use in the Southern North Sea

Overview: 

This Zenodo item contains example output derived from coastal application 2.1.3 (See FOCCUS D8.1), as proof of prototype development. The figure is an example output expected from the final coastal application, wheras the dataset contains the information in the figure. 

Figure description: 

The figure (BedShearStress_dif_29012015.png) contains the absolute difference in bed shear stress magnitude between a model simulation (Delft3D-FM, Dutch Continental Shelf Model) without multi-use, and one scenario with multi-use (offshore wind farms and aquaculture). The difference was visualized at one specific moment in the simulation, namely 29-01-2015 00:00. All results shown are preliminary and no rights should be attributed to them. 

Dataset description: 

The dataset, (dif_mesh2d_taus_2015-01-29.nc) is an xarray dataset, containing the difference data generated and visualized in the background of the figure. The difference was visualized at one specific moment in the simulation, namely 29-01-2015 00:00. All results shown are preliminary and no rights should be attributed to them.
