D3.6 User Stories Catalogue - 2nd Batch

The deocument describes the results of the interviews during workshops that took place in Münster (Germany) and Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and individual interviews conducted in various institutions ( f.ex. TUA, University of Warsaw, University of Tirana, FSCIRE, KU Leuven, University of Copenhagen). In section 2, the user orientation of RESILIENCE is described and the user groups are briefly outlined. Section 3 explains the procedure and method for creating the user stories, in order to present the evaluation of the analysed material and the 2nd batch of user stories in section 4. After identifying the most frequently addressed user requirements by the interviewees, conclusions and further considerations regarding the development of services will be made in section 5.
