From Silos to Synergy Empowering HEI Alliances through Agora Platforms

The presentation introduces the concept of Agora to members of the EUNIS network at the EUNIS2025 conference in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Describing and reflecting upon Agora’s features and benefits, the talk makes the case for leveraging the platform as an open source tool to enhance interoperability between alliances’ efforts, address prevalent challenges, and strengthen the digital sovereignty of HEIs.
