MBD-Free Co-creation Templates for Architectural Changes Feedback Workshop

Attached are templates for qualitative data collection for The Ideation Workshop (WS2) conducted as part of the co-creation process to design mosquito control interventions for hospital settings in Zanzibar. 

Description of workshop activities:

Template 1
Participants are presented with sketch proposals for different architectural changes in the wards and creation of new external waiting areas, based on feedback from the Intervention Development Workshops, and visit the proposed areas via a group walkthrough. Templates were filled in groups to provide qualitative feedback. (CC Method: Walkthrough, Questionnaire)
