This archive contains the prototype workflow (“Breakpoint-CRISPR pipeline”, ec-bkp-PAM)
used to identify novel PAMs and gRNA candidates at ecDNA and SV breakpoints.
Provided for reproducibility of analyses in our CancerPAM manuscript.
Not a packaged software release.
