Edtrepreneurship An Identity-First Framework for Purpose-Driven Learning and Value Realisation

Description

Dear Members of the Faculty,

It is with great enthusiasm that I share with you my thesis entitled “Edtrepreneurship: An Identity-First Framework for Purpose-Driven Learning and Value Realisation.” This research introduces an innovative model that positions learners as active agents of value creation, grounded in identity exploration and personal contribution.

The framework builds upon Puzzle Theory and the Edtrepreneur Treasure Map, tools designed to help learners discover their unique alignment of values, talents, and purpose while developing actionable projects. Through narrative inquiry and practical application, the study demonstrates how identity-first approaches foster motivation, agency, and authentic engagement in both teaching and entrepreneurship education.

I believe this work contributes to the evolving dialogue on education reform by offering:

  • A validated identity-first framework for teaching and learning.

  • Practical methods for embedding value creation pedagogy within entrepreneurship education.

  • Insights on scalability and strategic positioning for broader educational ecosystems.

I respectfully submit this thesis for your consideration, with the hope that it may inform ongoing teaching practice, curriculum development, and research in the field of entrepreneurship education. I would greatly welcome the opportunity to discuss its implications further, and to explore potential collaboration in piloting or expanding this framework.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Joseph Ginsberg
