Description
Within the project "Facilitating Implementation of Reforms in the Judiciary", implemented by Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) in cooperation with the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC), CRRC-Georgia conducted a survey that discusses issues related to different aspects of access to courts and attitudes of the population of Georgia.
Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding the populations living in territories affected by military conflict (South Ossetia and Abkhazia).
Sample Size: 2290 respondents.
Fieldwork Dates: February 19, 2020 to March 8, 2020.
Sample Design: Multi-stage cluster sampling with preliminary stratification.
Survey mode: Computer-assisted personal interview (CAPI).
Interview languages : Georgian
Results are weighted.
