Description

This document outlines the Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) Plan for the NPower project (Grant Agreement 101181873), co-funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme. NPower aims to deliver demonstrated and qualified (TRL8) solutions to limit Nitrogen and Phosphorus (N/P) emissions across five key emitting sectors, through circular approaches and regionally adapted strategies. The project involves 25 partners from 6 European countries, including 4 Regional Clusters (Spain, Belgium, Finland, Ireland) that act as hubs of co-creation and local action.

The DEC Plan has been designed to ensure strategic and effective engagement with target audiences, tailored to their specific interests, knowledge needs and levels of involvement. It defines the guiding communication principles and goals, the key messages per target audience, the selected channels, content formats and timing.  Moreover, it explains how the circular communication model (Recover, Recycle, Redistribute, Return) will be applied to maximise outreach and impact.

The document also sets out the dissemination strategy, formats, a KPI-based monitoring approach either for communication and dissemination efforts, as well as the synergies with other initiatives and platforms that will be carried out during the project duration. 

Moreover, the DEC Plan also includes the preliminary exploitation strategy led by Strane Innovation, which will be updated as the project progresses. 

This deliverable will be periodically revised (M18, M36, M48) to adjust the strategy and contents to the evolving needs, milestones, and outcomes of NPower.
