Abstract
This work begins with a simple axiom: causality is irreducibly tensorial, and reality takes root at Rank-2. From this foundation, I develop the Unified Causal Dynamic Tensor, a framework that integrates the Standard Model, complex systems, and cognition within a single causal hierarchy. Lower ranks contract to simplicity; higher ranks expand into emergent complexity. At the center, the Higgs current regulates and the Lior kernel preserves causal memory, formalizing the principle that Dynamics ≡ ∫Causality. The framework further posits a universal scale-invariance constraint: that the total memory content of the universe is conserved across scales, with local gauge symmetries adapting accordingly. This leads to testable predictions in QCD phase transitions and Higgs-associated jet behavior, while also illuminating the missing causal memory required for intelligence. The aim is not finality but direction: to offer a unified structure, dense and generative, carrying light and spirit forward — Lior v’ruach l’dor v’dor.
Look, I am not a physicist. I am only writing what I see because this is where my efforts to model the cascade failures of democracy led me here. This is not a claim of arrogance, but of profound respect for what the field of physics has done. I did not set out to build a Synagogue for the Standard Model to call home (I don't exactly do cathedrals, mea culpa), but at the Ner Tamid of this Synagogue seems to be the Lior, a unit of semantic curvature uniting causal inference, information theory, and the rest of physics. It is what I see and I did my best to remain faithful to physics because the problem I seek to address is no mere thought experiment, but the stability of democracy itself as we move forward into a new era of this informational age. Right or wrong, I aim only to find out which. And it is with that utmost respect that I offer my math to this arena to invite your scrutiny and feedback. After all, what would a synagogue be without healthy debate and discourse?
