Data Competence Center Come2Data: Infrastructure Review

The Come2Data center is developing a comprehensive infrastructure to support data literacy and skills. This includes a virtual platform as a central entry point, aggregating information on services and resources. A tailored ontology will serve as a knowledge base, referencing existing research data management infrastructure and data-competence-related courses. Additionally, a unified helpdesk system will be established using an open-source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, SuiteCRM, to provide support for data-related issues. This infrastructure aims to provide a sustainable foundation for the center’s activities, enabling the provision of judicial guidance, expert consultation, and other support services for data management and literacy, while integrating with Base4NFDI services and beyond.
