Concatenated LibriCSS segments

JSON file describing sets of two concatenated LibriCSS segments (see: "Continuous speech separation: dataset and analysis", Chen et al, 2020) so that both segments are from the same LibriCSS meeting. The two segments are chosen such that the number of common speakers between both segments is maximized, and each segment is only used once. Leftover segments are retained as a single segment without concatenation.
