Survival data and virulence analysis of Rhizopus microsporus strains in a murine infection model

Description
This dataset contains virulence assay data from Rhizopus microsporus strains in a murine infection model. Male Swiss mice (30 g, one month old) were infected by retroorbital injection with 1 × 10⁶ sporangiospores per animal from different R. microsporus strains (ATCC11559, UM6, UM33, UM120).
The Excel file includes two sheets:

Virulence Data: individual survival data by mouse, with time to death expressed as days post-infection (DPI). Each column corresponds to a fungal strain, with values indicating survival outcome (1 = death, 0 = alive at endpoint). 
- 
Log-rank (Mantel–Cox) test: statistical analysis comparing Kaplan–Meier survival curves between strains, including chi-square values, degrees of freedom, p-values, and significance summary. 
These data support Kaplan–Meier survival analyses used to evaluate virulence differences among R. microsporus strains in vivo. These processed data analyses reported in the manuscript “Phosphatidylcholine Biosynthesis via ChoC is Crucial for Cellular Integrity and Virulence in Rhizopus microsporus”.
