Description
The CSV has two columns:
- 'motif_id'; is a string with nubmers separated by a dash (e.g. 0-0-1) each number represents the topology type we assign to each residue involved in the motif.
- 'motif_id'; is a string with nubmers separated by a dash (e.g. 0-0-1) each number represents the topology type we assign to each residue involved in the motif.
- 'instances': is a string with the IDs of the residues in the instance (e.g.4v4j.2.52-4v4j.2.53-4v4j.2.54) the residues are identified with <pdbid>.<chain>.<residue number in PDB> and each residue is joined by a dash (-)
So these are two instances of the same motif (0-0-5) found in PDBs 4v4 and 7jil
0-0-5,4v4j.2.52-4v4j.2.53-4v4j.2.54
0-0-5,7jil.1.1417-7jil.1.1418-7jil.1.1426
Generated with the meta-graph: 'results/magas/default_name_pruned.p' and source code attached using the script 'dump_motifs.py'
