Description

This deliverable introduces the BioDT use cases (UCs) and respective prototype Digital Twins (pDTs), and describes the state of the developed pipelines for each pDT as of November 2023. For each pDT, a brief overview of the domain area is provided, followed by an overview of the pipeline’s combined key components (data, models) and its scripts.

This deliverable was submitted to the granting authority 30/11/2023. It has been approved by the granting authority.
