Video tutorials on how to create and manage your records in the Dynamic Collection Platform

This tutorial series introduces users to the Dynamic Collection Plus platform (https://dyncolldev.ht.lu.se/plus/), guiding them through the essential steps required to manage and publish digital heritage data. By following the tutorials, you will gain a practical understanding of the platform’s interface and learn how to prepare and upload your own 3D models. 

The series begins with an overview of the workspace and basic navigation. You will then learn how to generate compressed NEXUS files, the required format for uploading 3D digital models. Next, we will cover how to create two types of records: artifact items and model items, and how to link them together to build a complete and integrated record within the Dynamic Collection. 

Finally, the tutorials will walk you through the process of creating a record in the Zenodo repository and demonstrate how to connect this external reference with your Dynamic Collection record, ensuring both preservation and accessibility. 

By the end of the series, you will have the foundational skills needed to document, publish, and connect digital heritage data in Dynamic Collection Plus, enabling you to make your work accessible to both researchers and the wider public.
