Description
Augilodes apicomacula Wang, Chou & Yuan, 2002
Augilodes apicomacula Wang, Chou & Yuan, 2002: 95; Zhang et al., 2020: 146.
Material examined. No specimen has been obtained by the authors.
Host plant. Unknown.
Distribution. Southwestern China (Yunnan Province).
Remarks. A. apicomacula Wang, Chou & Yuan, 2002 is closely related to A. binghami (Distant, 1906), but differs in: 1) antennae second segment expanded into a sphere (almost cylindrical in A. binghami); 2) ocelli milk white (reddish in A. binghami); 3) lateral domain of pronotum broad, cephalad curved (lateral domain of pronotum distinctly narrow, caudal curved in A. binghami).
