Elastic-Cortical-Microtubules

Pre-release, for archival purposes. This is the code used in (Tian et al. PNAS, 2025). It is in beta in the sense that we are working on cleaning up the code for user friendliness. The simulations should otherwise be functional. Post-processing scripts + detailed guides are absent and will be uploaded in a future release -- feel free to contact me if you have any inquiries. Future updates should be found in my linked Github repository.
