This package contains a folder of the Matlab scripts to generate the figures in Thomsen et al. 2019, "Remote and local drivers of oxygen and nitrate variability in the shallow oxygen minimum zone off Mauritania in June 2014" , Biogeosciences, The name of each scripts indicated the associated figures numbers.
Notes
No guarantee is given that the code is running on another machine. Also no support is provided. To run the code several Matlab packages are needed, which cannot be provided here due to licensing. Also the software Matlab is necessary to run the code. Matlab version 2012b was used to run the code.
