Contains the reference data and code to reproduce the analyses in the Decipher paper.

Decipher.zip contains all code to run the analyses and reproduce the figures in the main manuscript. 

manuscript_figures.zip contains all figures from the main manuscript and their underlying data.

Also contains pre-processed and annotated data from Read et al. (2022) used in the manuscript.
