Doppler Holography Measurements of the Eye Fundus in a Volunteer – May 27, 2025
Contributors
Description
Raw interferometric data (.holo files) were acquired at 37 kHz using a real-time Doppler holography prototype. The system enabled dynamic and quantitative retinal angiography of the fundus in both eyes of a volunteer. Imaging was conducted under near-infrared illumination at 852 nm, with an incident optical power of 5 mW on the eye, in accordance with ocular safety standards (ISO 15004-2:2024 Ophthalmic instruments - Fundamental requirements and test methods). Image rendering and analysis software : DigitalHolography/Holovibes (v14.10.3), DigitalHolography/HoloDoppler (v2.8), DigitalHolography/EyeFlow (v2.8.2).
