ImageJ Macros for measuring actin abundance on mitochondria

These ImageJ macros are made for analysis of fluorescence micrographs, and allow the quantification of the intensity of one fluorophore that overlays another fluorophore.  We have used these to measure the quantification of actin intensity on mitochondria, but they can certainly be used for other combinations.
