Dataset_Digital_Divide

This dataset accompanies the article “Bridging the Digital Divide: Identifying Pathways and Policies for Digital Inclusion Through Cluster-Based Analysis.”
It contains harmonized indicators for 165 countries between 2010 and 2023 across four dimensions of digital readiness:

• Digital human capital

• Business digital transformation

• Institutional and regulatory maturity

• Participation in global digital value chains
