The zip archive includes:
- MD trajectory files (xtc, gro, tpr) of folded and unfolded simulations of System 1 of P. arcticus at various temperatures.
- Water and ions have been removed from the data.
- Additionally two files containing the protein and chain indeces are provided for analysis and visualization.
