Description

Nir spectra dataset of barley (grain and ground), wheat (grain and ground) and maze grains, with protein and moisture reference measurements. Contributions from the University of Córdoba provided by Dr. Dolores Pérez Marín. Depending on the dataset, different spectrometers: Foss NIRSYSTEM 6500, range 400 - 2500 nm and Foss NIRSYSTEM-5000, range 1100 - 2500. These datasets consists in data from different years, from different cereals from Spain.

Version v.2 (removed duplicated samples and zero valued columns in protein and moisture)
