First Release of CWL Wrapped R code for reproducing a Dendrogram from doi:10.1016/j.neuron.2018.05.008 (Tsai et al.)

R code reads in a gene counts, output plot name, and power estimation from command line arguments, and outputs a PNG image of a dendrogram.

There is a CWL command line tool wrapping the R code, as well as a workflow and job implementing it.
