D8.1 Communication Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy

Communication and dissemination are essential to maximise the impact of BOOST4BIOEAST project’s goals and results. Through communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities, the consortium will be able to ensure visibility and amplify stakeholders’ engagement which will effectively contribute to achieve BOOST4BIOEAST objectives. The project will make use of the EU H2020 and Horizon Europe dissemination and communication best practices and follow a strategic implementation of these activities. These will be tailored to meet the needs and interests of the project’s target groups.

The purpose of this deliverable is to provide a reference document for strategically and effectively disseminating knowledge and information regarding BOOST4BIOEAST throughout the project’s lifetime. Furthermore, this document builds upon what was described in BOOST4BIOEAST’s Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement, in terms of what should be done to ensure effective communication and dissemination about the project and its outcomes.

This deliverable is also a guide for project partners on how to approach the promotion of the project and maximise its impact using the right tools and channels, and engaging stakeholders through targeted messages and channels. Finally, this strategy further indicates the roles and responsibilities of the partners related to communication, dissemination and exploitation activities.
