FACTSHEET - EU Soil Mission Living Labs and Lighthouses for Soil Health: Agricultural Land Use
Creators
Description
The factsheet “Agricultural Land Use” is part of a comprehensive set of eight factsheets developed under the SOILL project to inform and support applicants involved in the EU Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe’. It provides targeted guidance on how Soil Health Living Labs and Lighthouses can be designed and implemented within agricultural contexts.
These factsheets build on the groundwork laid by the NATI00NS project and provide clear, accessible guidance to help navigate the application process for Mission Soil 2025 call topics to fund the new wave of Soil Health Living Labs.
The set includes five thematic factsheets focused on Land Use Types, Agricultural, Forestry, Industrial, (Semi-)Natural, and Urban, as well as three cross-cutting factsheets on Biogeographical Regions, Funding Opportunities, and Ecosystem Services. Together, they offer a practical overview of the Mission’s goals, implementation pathways, and eligibility considerations across different European contexts.
