Demo data for SpatialCell

The demo data contains a self-contained subset of the full dataset for reproducing the spatial cell-annotation workflow at three key developmental stages (E14.5, E18.5, and P3). You can run the entire SpatialCell (https://github.com/Xinyan-C/Spatialcell)demo end to end using only these files plus the accompanying notebooks and environment specification.
