Read-mapping for next-generation sequencing data (Wolbachia)

Code, log files and QC data. NCBI SRA accession number SRP091004. Note that sequencing Wolbachia was not a central aim of the project, and was undertaken in order to maximise the amount of information that could be extracted from the raw genome sequence data targetted at the fruit-fly host.
