CAdir - R package

R package CAdir for clustering single-cell RNA-seq data  in Correspondence Analysis space using the cluster directions.
This R package reflects the state of the software with which the results for the accompagnying manuscript "CAdir: Fast Clustering and Visualization of Single-Cell Transcriptomics Data by Direction in CA Space" by Clemens Kohl and Martin Vingron were generated.
To install this package you can run:
`devtools::install()"
