Öğretmenlerin Yeşil İş Davranış Durumunun İncelenmesi
Description
Öğretmenlerin yeşil iş davranış durumunun incelendiği bu araştırmada nicel bir yöntem olan tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise evren içerisinden tüm birimlerin eşit şansa sahip olmasını sağlayacak basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 400 öğretmendir. Araştırmada Erbaşı, 2019) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Yeşil Örgütsel Davranış Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde SPSS istatistiksel veri analiz programı kullanılmıştır.
Araştırmada öğretmenlerin yeşil iş davranışında cinsiyet, medeni durum, çocuğu olma durumu, çocuk sayısı, eğitim durumu ve meslekte geçen süre değişkenlerinin etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmada ayrıca öğretmenler içerisinden kadın, evli, çocuğu olan, çocuk sayısı fazla olan, eğitim düzeyi yüksek, meslekte geçen süresi düşük olan öğretmenlerin yeşil iş davranış düzeyinin diğer öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, which examined the green work behavior of teachers, a quantitative method, the screening model, was used. The sample of the study was determined by the simple random sampling method that would ensure that all units had an equal chance from the universe and consisted of 400 teachers who volunteered to participate in the study. The Green Organizational Behavior Scale developed by Erbaşı, 2019) was used in the study. SPSS statistical data analysis program was used in the analysis of the research data. In the study, it was seen that the variables of gender, marital status, having children, number of children, education level and time spent in the profession were effective in the green work behavior of teachers. In addition, it was concluded in the study that the green work behavior level of teachers who were female, married, had children, had more children, had a high level of education and had less time in the profession was higher than other teachers.
