ABSTRACT: A good student improves more if he is admitted in a good school. Here equal competition helps him to shine properly. In contrast a bad or mediocre student cannot cope with the speed of the good students. He suffers from inferiority complex due to unequal competition that compels him to be a drop out. The teachers know it. They apply this strategy during admission. But the parents do not know it. Also they want not to obey it. All parents think that their issues are very talented. This wrong notion is a hindrance for the success of the bad students. As such the theory goes good student shines in good environment and mediocre student shines in mediocre school. And bad and inattentive student can prosper never and nowhere.
