Description

Molecular cytogenetic analysis of A. cepa × A. roylei hybrids. Mitotic cells of individual plants after genomic in situ hybridisation. The total genomic DNA (gDNA) of A. roylei was labelled with digoxigenin (green color), and the sheared DNA of A. cepa was used as blocking DNA (blue color).
