Description

This version adds the following:

  • Option to hide scheme curators on scheme information page.
  • LIN code section added to database status page.
  • LIN code output now included in API isolate record.
  • Loci in the seqdef database can now be searched by description and gene product attributes.
  • Option to include scheme fields in profile submissions.

This update requires modifying the seqdef database structure. Run seqdefdb_v1.52.sql against any seqdef databases.
