Python code for generating a network with growing lines
Description
Python code for the generation of a minimal, spatially embedded model that captures this line-based growth, where lines evolve greedily to maximize local coverage over a set of randomly distributed points. Growth is constrained
by angular deviation and enforced intersection with the existing network, transforming crossings into
topological nodes.
