SCimilarity Encoder for Calculating SIGnature Attributions

This repository includes the files from the published SCimilarity model that are necessary for generating attribution scores with the SIGnature package.

After downloading the file, run "tar -xzf scimilarity.tar.gz" to extract the data. This will produce a folder titled "scimilarity" that contains the relevant code for running the SIGnature tutorials and generating attribution scores.
