kumarsaurabh20/meantools: MEANtools v1.0.0 – Initial Public Release
Description
MEANtools is a computational pipeline that integrates multi-omics data to identify metabolites and predict biosynthetic pathways
We are excited to release MEANtools, a multi-omics data integration framework designed to correlate transcriptomics and metabolomics datasets and infer functional gene-metabolite clusters. This release features core functionalities for plant-specific studies and modular workflows, enabling flexible analysis.
Main features:
- Correlation-based integration of transcriptomics and metabolomics data.
- Inference of functional gene-metabolite clusters.
- Support for multiple correlation methods and network-based merging strategies.
- Annotated output and integration with genome/transcriptome feature files.
- Prediction of reaction steps along with reaction likelihood scores (a novel approach to add a likelihood to a predicted reaction)
Documentation and usage examples are available in https://meantools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
