kumarsaurabh20/meantools: MEANtools v1.0.0 – Initial Public Release

  • 1. Wageningen University

Description

MEANtools is a computational pipeline that integrates multi-omics data to identify metabolites and predict biosynthetic pathways

We are excited to release MEANtools, a multi-omics data integration framework designed to correlate transcriptomics and metabolomics datasets and infer functional gene-metabolite clusters. This release features core functionalities for plant-specific studies and modular workflows, enabling flexible analysis.

Main features:

  • Correlation-based integration of transcriptomics and metabolomics data.
  • Inference of functional gene-metabolite clusters.
  • Support for multiple correlation methods and network-based merging strategies.
  • Annotated output and integration with genome/transcriptome feature files.
  • Prediction of reaction steps along with reaction likelihood scores (a novel approach to add a likelihood to a predicted reaction)
