Description
D4.5 deliverable presents the results of Task 4.5, focused on developing a portable EMC test bench for in-situ conducted emission measurements of small DC-DC converters during irradiation campaigns. The system, combining custom hardware and Python-based software, was validated both in the laboratory and during an irradiation test with a GaN-based converter. Initial findings on the impact of radiation on GaN devices are also reported.
