Analysis files for the dioscRi manuscript

Raw and processed datasets required to reproduce the analysis performed in the dioscRi manuscript. 

The file structure is as follows in the Analysis data folder

• deep_learning_data
  • This folder contains the scripts and data neccessary to replicate the deep learning comparative results
• raw files
  • This folder contains the raw data for the bioheart analysis
• sce_objects
  • This folder contains the processed sce objects for all the datasets used in the manuscript
