Abstract. – Evorinea canarica sp. nov., a new species from the Canary Islands is decribed, illustrated and compared with the similar species Evorinea flava (Motschulsky, 1863) and Evorinea bicolorata (Pic, 1939). The genus Evorinea Beal, 1961 is recorded for the first time from the Canary Islands.

Résumé. – Evorinea canarica sp. nov., une nouvelle espèce des Îles Canaries, est décrite, illustrée et comparée aux espèces proches Evorinea flava (Motschulsky, 1863) et Evorinea bicolorata (Pic, 1939). Le genre Evorinea Beal, 1961 est signalé pour la première fois des Îles Canaries.
