ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY AS A KEY TO INTERNATIONAL CAREER SUCCESS
Description
This thesis shows the crucial role of English language proficiency in
achieving career success on an international scale but not only locally. As the
dominant language of global business, technology, and communication, English
proficiency enables professionals to access wider job markets, participate in
international teams, and advance into leadership roles. This paper highlights how
English skills improve employability, salary prospects, and networking opportunities,
while also fostering cross-cultural understanding and adaptability. It further explores
the importance of English in remote work environments and continuous professional
development. The findings demonstrate that mastering English is a strategic career
investment that opens doors to global opportunities and enhances long-term
professional growth.
