Open British Arboricultural Record Dataset (OpenBARD)

Description

This dataset is collated from arboriculturists in the UK and predominantly contains records from England, with some data from Wales, Scotland and Jersey. Each record in the dataset is an individual tree that has been assessed in the field. Different organisations contributed data to the dataset, so not all data is available for every record. The dataset has been cleaned to aid analysis (details in this report) but users are advised to exercise caution, particularly for the common_name_clean and generic_name_clean fields.

The dataset was prepared and released by Dr Joe Fennell (https://www.jfscientific.co.uk) and Mr Luke Fay (https://www.treeworks.co.uk/)
