EchoPulse: Adaptive Symbolic Key Encapsulation Framework (v1–v3 Public Release)

The EchoPulse series represents a sovereign adaptive key encapsulation mechanism (KEM) developed for post-quantum cryptography, embedded defense systems, and sovereign infrastructure security. Across versions 1 to 3, EchoPulse systematically evolved from initial symbolic-state KEM architectures into a fully integrated sovereign PQC asset, optimized for defense-level deployments.

Unlike classical algebraic KEMs, EchoPulse implements deterministic symbolic-state transitions over finite symbolic graphs (GV-L) combined with advanced side-channel protection, mutation-based key derivation, and hardware-optimized execution paths for constrained embedded devices. The framework is fully implemented in Rust, tested across multiple microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex M0–M4, RISC-V), and designed for sovereign supply chain control.

Key Evolution Highlights (v1–v3):

  • Full symbolic-state KEM architecture (non-algebraic design)

  • Hardware-constrained optimized (KEM RAM footprint <6KB)

  • Deterministic session key generation and mutation resistance

  • Real-time side-channel mitigation and constant-time execution

  • Hybrid SHA3/Blake2 mutation graph for key stability

  • Integrated sovereign licensing adaptability for critical infrastructure

  • Fully sovereign-controlled build chain (hardware, firmware, audit paths)

  • Full compliance with all 12 global post-quantum cryptographic evaluation criteria (PQC-12 standard set)

Strategic Licensing Statement:

This public release represents versions 1–3 of the EchoPulse sovereign framework, made available for research, integration testing, and acquisition visibility purposes.
A fully extended sovereign licensing package (EchoPulse v4) exists within controlled acquisition pathways for defense entities, sovereign licensing boards, and strategic evaluation partners.
Engagement inquiries for v4 licensing consideration are welcomed under sovereign acquisition protocols.

EchoPulse is a symbolic key encapsulation mechanism designed for post-quantum cryptography. It combines deterministic graph transitions, per-session mutation, and symbol-path validation to enable secure communication under low-resource constraints. Version 2.0 introduces a complete TLS 1.3 integration, GUI tooling, and formal CCA2 security proofs.
