Institutional Design and Social Implementation of AI IQ Toward an Intelligence Evaluation Infrastructure for Education, Welfare, and Employment

Description
Abstract
This paper introduces AI IQ (AI Intelligence Quotient), a novel framework for quantifying augmented intelligence—the ability of humans to co-create intellectual value in partnership with artificial intelligence.
Beyond traditional IQ, AI IQ enables inclusive evaluation for individuals regardless of physical limitations or academic background.
The paper presents a dual-structured approach: a theoretical redefinition of intelligence, and a practical implementation design connecting education, welfare, and employment systems.
By establishing AI IQ as a standardized metric, we aim to support a new social infrastructure for evaluating human-AI collaboration fairly and equitably in the AI era.
